  • Cancellation by Customer

    For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:

    • More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
    • 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
    • 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
    • 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
    • Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.

    Notes:

    • There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
    • For no show cases, there will be no refund.
    • All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us
  • Cancellation by Weather

    In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

    • Under 4 years: Free of Charge.
    • From 4 to 8 years old: 50% of adult’s fare and sharing bed with parents.
    • From 9 to 11 years old: 75% of adult’s fare and using existing bed.
    • Students with ID student card: 95% of adult’s fare and using existing bed.
    • Over 11 years old: 100% of adult’s fare and using existing bed.

Itineraries

Day 1: Hanoi

Arrival at airport in Hanoi. We welcome you at airport and transfer to hotel. After a refreshment, visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Ho Chi Minh Museum, the Temple of Literature, the Ethnology Museum, Ngoc Son Temple and take 1 hour cyclo tour to explore the Old Quater. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2: Halong bay

Hanoi – Halong bay. Transfer to Halong bay. Lunch after boarding. Cruise through thousand amazing islands and islets, visit Surprising Cave, kayaking, swimming, relax on boat at night. Overnight on boat.

Accommodation: Cruise on the bay

Day 3: Halong Bay

Cruise back to the pier. Pass by Halong Pearl Farm, relax and have lunch on boat and say goodbye to the crew. Back to Hanoi. Transfer to airport for flight to Ho Chi Minh. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.

Day 4: Ho Chi Minh

Morning, after breakfast, visit some famous places in the city. Afternoon, visit Cu Chi tunnel. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.

Day 5: Mekong delta

Can Tho – Long Xuyen – Chau Doc. Visit floating markets and nearby village. Meet local people. See the daily life happening on the river. Back to Ho Chi Minh. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.

Day 7: Ho Chi Minh

Morning, your leisure for walking around the city and shopping. Afternoon, flight to Bangkok. Stay overnight in Bangkok.

At 6.15, leave Bangkok for Ratchabur, boat trip to Damnoen Saduak floating market. See the local life and visit handicraft home industry. Transfer to Kwai River, visit Tiger Temple in Kanchanaburi. At 17.00, leave Kanchanaburi for Bangkok. Overnight in Bangkok.

Day 9: Ayutthaya

At 6.15, leave Bangkok for Ayuthaya. Stop to visit the Bang Pa-In Summer Palace. Continue to Ayutthaya, visit Wat Maha That, Wat Na Phra Men, Wat Lokayasutharam and much more. Embark the River Sun Cruise, delicious buffet lunch on board and cruise back to Bangkok. Overnight in Bangkok.

Day 10: Chiang Mai

Morning, visit famous temples in Bangkok including Wat Traimit, Wat Pho and Wat Benjabophit. Afternoon, flight to Chiang Mai. Evening, enjoy Traditional Northern Thai Dinner and Thai Dancing show. Overnight in Chiang Mai.

Day 11: Chiang Mai

At 7.00, visit Maekhajan hot springs, stunning Wat Rong Khun (White Temple) and Chiang Saen. Proceed to The famous Golden Triangle area of Northern Thailand. Lunch, then visit border town in Mae Sai, visit Akha and Yao hill tribe villages. Overnight in Chiang Mai.

Day 12: Chiang Mai

At 8.00, transfer to Pang Chang Mae Tang. Watch a show of clever elephants and take a ride with elephant into forest to sightseeing. Cart riding to return to Pang Chang for lunch and relaxation. Afternoon, transfer to the airport for your onwards flight

This was our first time to see the Ayutthaya Historical Park and this is the place I was really keen on seeing. I just have to see the Buddha’s face on the tree. It felt surreal. The place has lots of visitor but we still manage to take some good photos to remember our day here. This place is a must see.

Ha Long bay is by far one of the most beautiful and intriguing settings in the world. There are a number of opportunities for tours of the bay. Make dure to include a walk through the amazing caverns/cave structure. It is phenomenal. The walk through the cavern is fairly easy and very well presented with accent lighting as well as appropriate safety precautions throughout.

It was my second trip to ha long bay, not my last. The 1 night cruise was great fun, next time i will do the 2 night cruise. Lots of places to see and explore, food was good and the night so tranquil.The landscape like from the avatar movie. The views are spectacular hence tourist flock to this place in thousands. Two day, one over night stay felt about the right amount of time to spend here. You can enjoy swimming in a secluded bay - if that’s even possible to find such a thing, exploring caves, kayaking around the floating oyster farms. The next stop of this tour is Ho Chi Minh city. Whether you are backpacking on a shoestring budget or looking for a luxury vacation infused with adventure, Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC, also known as Saigon), is a place you cannot miss. While there is a huge amount to see and experience across Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh offers a great mix of food, history, adventure, culture, and shopping and is a region of the country you should plan on spending at least a week to maximize the experiences you can have. At the end of the tour, I spent my time in Thai Land, the most impressed city is Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai’s Old Town was one of my favourite places in Thailand. The city is full of culture, friendly and relaxed locals, delicious food markets and what seems like endless beautiful temples. Chiang Mai is fast becoming the place to be seen.

When we booked the trip we asked to see all of the don't miss sites. What we saw was everything plus plus plus. We had numerous flights between the 4 countries and did not have any issues at all. Our guides, it was a private tour, at every stop were terrific and did everything we had asked. Their airport rapport was incredible to the point they would not leave us until they were sure we were where we needed to be. Ten star vacation without a doubt.
