For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 45 days prior to trip departure: No charge (Full refund will be made but transaction fee will be paid by you).
- 30-45 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 15-29 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 7-14 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 7 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Note:
- The above fees are subject to an added bank transaction fee.
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.
- All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

Morning: Pickup at your hotel and go to port. Go to visit by canoe:
- Con Son Bay: famous with beautiful coral reefs. You will enjoy the beauty of the multi-islanded Con Son Bay
- Fishing: boat will stop near Cau island for experiencing great feelings of fish swallowing bait and taking them on to the boat.
- Continue going to the Cau island. Swimming and sunbath at nice beach on Cau island.

Discovering Con Son Bay and Cau island contributes to making our memorable honeymoon. We love everything here. Stayed near the beach, our hotel had a wonderful view. And only in one day, we can sunbathe and swim at a nice beach, experience great feelings of diving with snorkel and goggles. Thanks for a great tour!

We are a group of 4 friends. Everything was perfect, from pick up to excellent service. Our guide tells us more about the destination during the tour. He was so willing to accommodate our small requirements, took us to the right kind of restaurants, and helped us with the right positions for good photo shoots.

Be quick, let book Con Son Bay and Cau island immediately. We had finished a tour and I feel that it is really a peaceful area. We are always excited during the tour because we have a friendly and humorous tour guide.

Worth going, you will not regret to choose Con Son Bay and Cau island tour. Coming here, I have a wonderful chance to visit Hon Cau - one of two islands have the best natural freshwater resources with many kinds of tropical fruits that I have never tried. I want to stay here forever because the food here is extremely delicious.
